GVMC gets Swachh award

In the Swachh Andhra Pradesh award was presented by the Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu marking Gandhi Jayanti to GVMC.
GVMC got the award for ‘Best Urban Local Body’. Commissioner M.Hari Narayan who received the award said it was made possible by the collective effort of the people’s representatives, officials, staff and sanitation workers according to a press release.
