HPCL distributes scholarships for 5,231 students

As a part of the CSR initiative, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Visakha Refinery distributed scholarships worth Rs.3 crore to 5,231 students belonging to 16 government degree colleges of Visakhapatnam district.

District Collector Pravin Kumar and Director-Refineries Vinod S.Shenoy gave away cheques to students belonging to SC,ST,OBC, PsD categories on Tuesday. District Collector Pravin Kumar advised the students to dream big and strive hard to achieve their goals. Shenoy said HPCL has been distributing scholarships to meritorious students belonging to weaker section for the past few years.
