HRD Minister lays foundation stone for tourist amenities

AP HRD Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao today laid the foundation for taking up various developmental works at an estimated cost of Rs.2 crore at ‘Erramatti Dibbalu’ at Bheemunipatnam.

The works include opening of a beach restaurant, parking space for 100 cars and 300 two-wheelers, children’s play area, an office, security rooms, five beach shacks, benches, umbrellas, high mast lights and avenue plantation. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the city has already attracting tourists from around the globe. He said that four-lane roads were being developed between Visakhapatnam and from there to Bhogapuram at an estimated cost of Rs.500 crore.
