Hudhud victims will get houses by October 12

AP State Housing Corporation Vice-Chairman and MD Kantilal Dande said at a meeting of officials of the North Coastal districts on Tuesday that one lakh houses would be inaugurated on October 2 on the eve of World Habitant Day.

In a meeting with the District Collector Pravin Kumar, he said that orders should be issued soon for construction of 22,000 houses sanctioned for the Assembly constituencies in the district. Pravin Kumar had to be issued for 6,000 houses and it would be done by September 15.

Grounding of 890 houses would also be completed by October 15. House-warming for 12,000 would be planned for October, he said.
