IIIT notification issued for admissions into B.Tech six year integrated course.

Notification for admission into IIIT has ben issued for admissions into six years integrated B.Tech for the year 2017-18 first year.

Applications will be accepted through online till June 5. The certificate verification for the selected candidates will be held from July 22 to 25 and the class would start on August 1.

Eligibility:: Candidates who have passed SSC or equivalent examination in the first attempt in Andhra Pradesh/Telangana are eligible. Students who studied X class under CBSC are also eligible to apply. The candidate should not exceed 18 years of age as on December 31, 2017. Relaxation is there for SC/ST candidates by three years.

Reservation quota:: There are 1,000 seats in each of Nuzvid, Idupulapaya, Ongole and Srikakulam IIITs. 85% of the seats will be filled by locals and the rest of 15% merit quota seats will be filled from the students from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. 33.33% seats are allocated for girl students.

Fee structure::

• Students who studied in Telangana State schools has to pay Rs.36,000. White card holders/fee reimbursement eligible candidates need not to pay any fee.
• Rs.500 has to be paid for registration by the students belonging to SC/ST students while OC/BC students have to pay Rs.1,000.
• All candidates need to pay Rs.2,000 as caution deposit.
• Foreign/NRI students has to pay Rs.3lakhs as tuition fee.

Candidates need to apply through only APOnline website. OC/BC students need to pay Rs.150 and Rs.100 for SC/ST students as appliction fee. The studnets ned to submit SSC hall ticket, GPA grade certificate, study certificate, reservation certificate (if any), and other certificates.
