Minister Ayyanna Patrudu inaugurates Brahmin Cooperative Society

Minister for Roads and Buildings Ch.Ayyanna Patrudu after inaugurating the AP Brahmin Cooperative Credit Society at Akkayyapalem said that reservations should be given based on economic backwardness irrespective of castes.
He said that those financially backward should get the benefits of reservation. AP Brahmin Welfare Corporation Chairman Vemuri Ananda Surya said Brahmins were indebted to Chandrababu Naidu for launching several welfare programmes with allocation of Rs.500 crore. Visakha North MLA and BJP leader P.Vishnu Kumar Raju promised to take up just demands of Brahmins to the notice of the authorities.
Corporation CEO Aakella Suryanarayana Murty, director Bhanu Murty, members S.S.Sastry and Ch.Swarajyalakshmi were present.
