RINL launches door-to-door collection of garbage

RINL has launched door-to-door collection of waste as a pilot project in Section 2 of Ukkunagaram as part of solid waste management by the Public Health Department of Town Administration.

The solid waste will be segregated into wed and dry component and handed over to the workers. The facility will be extended to other sectors soon. RINL has already taken up several activities under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and this project will further help sustain the cleanliness movement.

RINL Director (Commercial) P.Raychaudhury flagged off the campaign in the presence of other officials. RINL was conferred with C10-100 Hall of Fame Award-2017 for pioneering new technology to solve complex business problems. The award was received by KVSS Rajeswara Rao, General Manager (IT&ERP) and chief information officer at a function held at Pune.
