HPCL Visakha Refinery distributed notebooks, school bags and stationery items worth of around Rs.21 lakh to three GVMC High Schools and 19 GVMC Primary Schools on Wednesday. HPCL Chief General Manager A.S.V.Ramanan gave away the items at a function held at GVMC High School, Malkapuram benefitting nearly 3,000 students.

The head boy and head girl along with class captains were installed by the chief guest NVN Durga Prasad Rao, former governor of Lions International Club. Selected constables asked to report for duty
The candidates who were provisionally selected for the post of constables both civil and armed reserve -2017 batch are directed to report on Thursday at 11am. At the CAR Headquarters. Plea to exempt GST on dry fish
AP Matsyakarullu Masyakarimka Sangham today staged a protest against levying of GST on dry fish and asked the government to withdraw it immediately. Sangham general secretary said the introduction of GST on dry fish had led to increase in its price hitting common man.
