Blood donation camp

On the eve of World Blood Donor Day, Oakridge International School, Visakhapatnam in association with Indian Red Cross Society organized a blood donation camp in the school. More than 60 teachers and staff came forward to donate blood. On the occasion, Principal of Oakridge International School Biju congratulated the teachers and staff members.

City kid wins rhymes contest in Malaysia

K.Sai Saanvitha, student of junior KG KIDZEE, Lawsons Bay Colony, secured the first runner-up prize in Rhymes World Cup International Grade finale that was held in Malaysia on June 11,2017.

Appointment letters given away

MP K.Haribabu today gave away appointment letters to 285 youth selected at a job mela organized by Synchro Serve Global Solutions and PM Kaushal Vikas Yojana on Saturday.

Plea to implement RTE

The Right to Education Forum has appealed to Principal Secretary, School Education Adityanath Das to ensure proper implementation of the rules or RTE Act. In a letter to him, RTE Forum State convener Narava Prakasa Rao said the formation of the Fee Regulatory Committee just before the opening of the schools does not serve the purpose for which it was formed.

Model UN session

Over 250 students will participate in soul-searching discussions and debates over several international issues at the two day mock United Nations Session being organized at Hotel Rockdale Clarks Inn Suites from June 24.
