Tech bazaar mooted

Indian Innovators’ Association president AS Rao on Monday announced creation of international technology bazaar shortly to provide all information required by innovators. Speaking at an award function at the three-day International Innovation Fair, he said the bazaar would be data bank and provide whatever one wanted through his smartphone.

New courses launched

'English for Competitive Examinations', a new add on course was inaugurated at Dr.V.S.Krishna Government Degree College today. College Principal V.Chandra Sekhar speaking on the occasion said that knowledge in English language would enable the students to grab a job very quickly. Apart from current affairs, mathematics and reasoning, English plays a very crucial role in most of the competitive examinations, he said. The syllabus for the course has been designed to suit the requirements of the candidates preparing for various competitive examinations.

Award for RINL

RINL was awarded the 'Ispat Rajbhasha Samman' at a meet held in New Delhi on Monday. Union Minister of Steel Chaudhary Birender Singh presented the award to P.Madhusudhan, CMD of RINL in the present of Vishnu Deo Sai Minister for Steel and Aruna Sharma, secretary of MoS.

Dog show on September 17

Visakha Dog Show-2017 will be held by Visakha Kennel Association on September 17. Speaking to media, VKA secretary P.Narayana Reddy said the show was open to dogs of all breeds from across the State.
