YSRCP extends support to Mudapaka farmers whose lands were taken by a realtor

Opposition parties including YSRCP extended support to the villagers of Mudapaka who were allegedly being deprived of their assigned lands by a realtor.

YSRCP general secretary V.Vijay Sai Reddy visited the village in Pendurthy mandal where a lot of irregularities came to notice of the authorities in the Land Pooling Scheme launched by VUDA. Vijay Sai Reddy, CPI(M) State Secretariat member Ch.Narasinga Rao, CPI district secretary A.J.Stalin, YSRCP district president Gudivada Amarnath, Lok Satta Party State president Beesetty Babji, BSP leader George Bangari and Dalita Hakkula Porata Samithi leader Venkata Rao were part of the team that visited the lands in dispute.

Speaking to villagers, Vijay Sai Reddy said of the 1,000 acres, with the hills as their backdrop were assigned to Dalits and poor villagers after long struggle several decades ago. Other party leaders also extended their support to the villagers
