=Award to ‘Nature’ founder-director Balaraju=

Former chairman of the AP State Commission for Protection of Child Rights and ‘Nature’ founder-director S.Balaraju has been selected for the Parivartan Inspire Award-2017 and Award of Excellence in Social Significance for his accomplishments and contribution to society in the areas of health and wellness of the marginalized communities. The award presented by Britt World Wide Global Pvt. Ltd and Global Success Foundation will be given to him at the University of Madras in Chennai on November 5.

Storm skips the State

The expected storm that is expected to hit the State has skipped giving a great relief to the official machinery. A spokesman of the Cyclone Warning Centre said that the depression which lies over west central Bay of Bengal and neighborhood, 280 km south southeast of Puri was moving towards north northwest of Odisha coast. It is likely to cross between Puri and Chandbali around midnight of Thursday or early Friday and intensify into a deep depression. Thunderstorm accompanied by lighting and gusty winds is very likely at isolated places in north coastal Andhra Pradesh.
