Voice recorder in the car of Ch.Sanyasi Patrudu creates tension

A voice recorder device was found in the car of Narsipatnam municipal vice-chairman Ch.Sanyasi Patrudu, brother of Ch.Ayyanna Patrudu, Minister for R&B created tension among the family members.

According to sources, the gadget was reportedly discovered two days ago while Sanyasi Patrudu was washing his car. Sources in the family said that they were tense because the Maoists had warned the Minister’s son with dire consequences following which security cover has been scaled up for the Minister and he and his family members were told not to visit the Agency without prior intimation to the police.

It may be mentioned here that an attempt was made on the Minister at his Visakhapatnam residence in 2001. The family members also suspected that there could be a receiver through which somebody could be hearing the conversations. SP Rahu Dev Sharma said the police did not receive any complaint from Sanyasi Patrudu or from the Minister’s staff.
