YSRCP president Jagan Mohan Reddy’s decision to ask his party MPs to resign if the Special Category Status was not accorded by April 5 was not a drama as described by Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said Gudivada Amarnath, District president of the party.

Speaking to media, he said at least we have courage to say that we would resign and TDP is still continuing the relationship with the BJP, he said. There will be still 14 months to go for the five year term of the NDA government to end. There was no doubt and they would continue their fight for SCS, he said. To begin with we will be organizing a dharna at all the Collectorates in the State on March 1 and a dharna in Delhi on March 5.
