HPCL launches new course ‘IT helpdesk attendant’

The HPCL that run Skill Development Institute on Sunday launched a new training course – IT helpdesk attendant.

The course will continue for three months under the National Skill Development Corporation. The syllabus is designed by the Corporation. Students, who completed diploma or degree in electronics or electricals are eligible for the course. The IT and ITES Sector Skill Council will conduct assessment tests at the end of the course and issue certificate to successful candidates.

Another new course will be introduced on June 15 in solar PV installer-which is high on demand in current requirement of non-renewable energy saving. HPCL Director (HR) Push Kumar Joshi addressing the trainees said that free facilities provided by the oil companies in obtaining good training and learning life skills, as a praiseworthy imitative to solve unemployment problem.
