Over one lakh students to appear for Intermediate examinations

A total of 1,06,867 students will appear for the Intermediate examinations scheduled to be held from Wednesday.

Regional Inspection Officer, Board of Intermediate Education T.Nagesh Kumar speaking to media said that all arrangements have been made to ensure smooth conduct of the examinations in 103 centres including 66 centres in urban area.

He said that CC cameras have been installed in all the centres, particularly in sensitive points such as the entrance, corridors and the place where question papers will be unbundled. This apart, a new mobile app ‘IPE Centre Locator’ has been introduced to spot the centres’. Buses for the centres from Anandapuram to city, Gajuwaka area to Scindia and NAD Kotha Road to Pendurthi will be available between 7.15am and 8.30am. The examination will begin at 9am, he said.
