Police impose traffic restrictions for Navy Day

The police have imposed traffic restricts on vehicles going towards RK Beach between 1pm and 8pm in view of Naval Operations display on the occasion of Navy Day on Monday.

Motorists going to watch the operation display from Siripuram junction side have to go through the AU High School Road and park their vehicles in the parking area at the AU Exhibition Ground and walkdown to beach road. Vehicles coming from Park Hotel junction side and China Waltair side have to come through the road near Cyclone Warning Centre junction and park at the YMCA parking area and the parking place available near police mess.

Parking will be allowed on beach road between YMCA and police mess. Cars will have to be parked in a single line on the city side and two wheelers would have to be parked in a single-line on the beach side. Those coming from Collectorate down to park their vehicle at Gokul Park and those coming from ZP junction and Pandimetta side would have to reach Novotel down, take a right turn and park their vehicles at the designated slots near Gokul Park.

Only vehicles with Navy Day parking passes will be allowed to come via CR Reddy Circle and AIR junction towards Pandurangapuram down and NTR statue side.
